Nicky Epstein at
Yorkshire Yarns
Saturday, August 7th

The one & only Nicky Epstein will be visiting and teaching at Yorkshire Yarns in August 7th from 9am-1pm.
Nicky will instruct from her upcoming new book, "Knitting Block by Block" featuring Cascade Yarns.
Be the first anywhere to experience Nicky's block designing technique!

"Known for her distinctive and innovative designs, Nicky Epstein turns her attention to modular knitting (joining smaller knitted sections to create a larger piece), creating 10 stunning new designs using knitted blocks. She includes everything a knitter needs to
know to create their own one-of-a-kind afghan, bag, hat, or sweater by simply mixing, matching, and joining any of the 150 gorgeous block patterns she shares in the book. From intricate counterpanes to delicate lace, animal print motifs to entrelac and domino
knitting, Nicky Epstein’s Knitting Block by Block is an indispensable guide to creating new masterpieces, one square at a time."

Class fee is $65 and of course seating is limited.
YY is taking reservations beginning today!

Also for one day only, enjoy Nicky's trunk show from her wildly popular, "Knitting On Top of The World".

YY Birthday Club

Yorkie Yarns continues to celebrate birthdays by giving 20% off one purchase of ANY amount of regular price yarn during your birthday week.
MANY, MANY, MANY have taken advantage of their birthday discount. But WAY too many folks somehow miss the deal.
Needless to say, they were NOT happy.
So I thought I'd step up my game.

From now on you'll receive a personal birthday card wishing you a happy day.
The card will have a reminder about your YY gift with an expiration date.
Dig me?
So! If you haven't done so already, please email your name, address (with zip code) and your birth date WITHOUT the year. :-)
Then expect to see a card in the mail from me during your special month.

Now that's a happy birthday!

Chuckle of the day.

I LOVE "Last Comic Standing".
